Size Guide
Finding your perfect fit takes 30 seconds.
A well-fitted ring stays in place without feeling tight — and for a smart ring, fit matters even more. The sensors need consistent contact with your skin to track your health data accurately.
How to Measure
Method 1 – Strip of paper Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger. Mark where the paper overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters. This is your ring circumference.
Method 2 – Existing ring Place a ring that fits well on a flat surface and measure the inner diameter in millimeters using a ruler.
Tips for the Best Fit
- Measure at the end of the day — fingers are slightly larger in the evening
- Measure the specific finger you plan to wear the ring on
- If you're between two sizes, size up
- Avoid measuring when cold — fingers are smaller in low temperatures
- Your dominant hand is usually slightly larger than the other

Smart Ring Fit Guide
Smart rings fit differently from traditional rings. Choose a size that slides on comfortably but doesn't move around freely — the sensors need consistent skin contact to work accurately. The ring should feel snug but never uncomfortable.
