Returns & Refunds Policy

At IŌNE, we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at ionecustomercare@gmail.com with photo or video evidence of the defect. Once approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason outside of product defects.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
